I have had my RKE for over a year now. No problems what so ever, best piece of equipment I have owned. but all the sudden I am having problems with Temperature. The display says 122.3 degrees(I have already removed my heater so I am safe there) I can not get the temp to come down. I have turned the RKE off and tried to calibrate it. help please!!!!!

My did that on my rkl I unplugged it over night still in my tank. Worked great after that. It's always a good idea to have a back up for temp. One of the cheap zoo med works great. 15$ I think I spent and it's with in +/- .02 of my rkl and apex jr.

I did try unplugging the probe for a few minutes and nothing changed. but I'll pull it over night and see if that makes a difference.

I had that happen to mine shortly after I bought it. I called support and they replaced it. I bought a spare at the same time, so of course
Now that I have a spare it won't act up again.
