Reef Link seeing MP10, but won't complete configuration

Has anyone else had issues getting Reef Link to add Vortex MP10 wave makers properly? The Reef Link sees the pump, lets me add it to the tank and then just sits there saying 'completing configuration' and it won't go any further. I've updated Reef Link firmware and factory reset the wave maker several times now - starting to get frustrated! Has anyone got any other suggestions? Thanks
