Rufus and Guinness
Rufus is a stray that just showed up one December night, scratching at the door when it was about 27 degrees out. Took him in for the night and the next day went to all the houses around and no one knew him so we kept him.

Guinness is a Welsh Terrier and often gets confused for a Airedale puppy, but he just turned 12 years old.

Sunny, Halle and Cedros, they all love the water, going fishing from land or on the boat. Only problem is when we go up to the Sierras trout fishing they hang out watching me as in one of the pictures shows and if they see my rod bend or the trout jump that’s on the line they start swimming out to it, then it becomes a challenge to not only fight the fish but keep it away from them. Last year Halle was a little to quick for me and I had to extract the treble hook from her lip while in the middle of no where. She was a trooper and I had it out in about 15 minutes with just some drops of blood. Didn’t even faze her as I hooked up after that and she was back in the water looking for the hooked fish. And when they see me grab my jugs of water to go to the lfs they all start freaking out cuz they know they are going on a car ride.
