Reef mat problems

Hey guys, yesterday my reef mat stopped working, and my wind and unwind buttons are not doing anything randomly last night. It started working again no reason why I took it apart put it back together and it kept giving me set up to error code, and then randomly started working again, couple hours later today it stopped again, saying it was jammed, and I keep resetting it, and it will not fix itself yet the mat itself is not jammed but I still have no wind and rewind buttons

Is this a 500 or 1200 model? Is there anything indicted in the ReefBeat app? I might put a support ticket into Red Sea in the interim.

Mine did the same after I replaced the roll. I did a reboot and it fixed the problem on my 1200

Just an update , had to replace the driver and it’s back working perfect again

Same thing happened with mine! I’ve sent my info to Red Sea already so I guess I’ll be changing a driver soon
