Wanted to give a shout out to these guys as their customer service just impressed the heck out me. Had a live order scheduled for shipment yesterday and wanted to make a last minute addition and some advice.
Nancy and Chad handled both. Chad took the time to not only make a recommendation but gave some detailed instructions on use. Nancy, handled the order adjustment (which I know is a pain for them being that close to shopping) like a true professional!
