Hey man,
I purchased this from you last week on the new marketplace, are you going to mail it or share an eta?

Please accept my apologies. This was due to my lack of understanding on how to manage/operate the new Marketplace.

When this Sold I updated the qty to 0, but that wasn't the correct method. When R2R sent me a text last night we realizes what happened.

I understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience.
