Reef Octopus 90 HOB Skimmer Question

I set up my 60g cube a week ago. The RO 90 HOB has been continually flowing over the top with a tube leading the skim mate back to the tank. When do you think this will slow? Any adjustments I need to make on the skimmer? Any help is appreciated.

You have the overflow of the skimmer going back into the tank? It's never going to change if you add back everything it removed
