Its been months running this skimmer. I'm not exactly sure what RO it is it does have the sicce pump. The venturi muffler was a problem for me. The sicce pump being so powerfull was creating a harmonic feedback that was just as loud as not having the muffler on. I took what I know about sound harmonics and decided that the dual venturi should not be pulling from the same space. I got some rigid tubing and cut them different lengths. Immediately that made everything quiet.
This is what I did.

Good thing you figured out a solution, their customer service wouldn't have been a help...

Thanks. I've also added a couple airline control valves so I can fine tune the bubbles. Kind of wandering why everyone wasn't including air controll when this was made.
