So I sent my tank water off to fauna Marin ice to have the RO water and tank water analyzed to see how the results compare to what I’ve been getting result wise at home. I wanted some opinions from more seasoned reefers on the results and how I should interpret them and change my setup etc.
SO Currently I’m running a 50 gallon innovative marine nuvo lagoon with a mixed reef coral wise which is pretty stocked with coral. I have a auto roller UV sterilization HOB skimmer media basket and use prime and chemi pure in the basket. I dose Red Sea 4 part complete reef care on an auto doser. I currently dose each part as follows:
1.8 ca mg
3.1 kh ph
.9 iodine potassium
.9 iron and bioactive elements
Based on the results from the icp lab would you guys change anything to get more desired parameter levels? I think most things look pretty well ok but some of the results were not ideal. Thanks in advance for any advice recommendations etc. I’ve not been in the hobby super long and appreciate all you can teach me!
