Hello to Reef Raft representive, I need you help. Since the holidays are approaching and I am concerned of when your shipping department may decided to ship my order, or send me a note advising of their intentions so I do not stress about going out of town. I understand that I did not make the purchase until December 17, 2017 and but for two days straight your website says my order is processing. Again can some tell me why I paided 49.00 for fed ex shipping???? I thought it was to get my order to me as fast as possible. Please advise if you can direct me to whom I could get a answer to my isssue, I thought I would be cleaver and googleed reef rafts phone number so I called it and of course it has been disconnected. My order number is 3814.

Oh ok thank you for the reply. Perhaps it may say that somewhere other than their website. I honestly have looked several times on it and have not seen it. Anyways, if that is the case I will just be patient, and hope they reach out to me when they decide to ship my order. Just a thought, perhaps in the future they could put this type of information on their “flash sale” check out page.

I received a response from my email that I sent last night that indeed says it will be after the new year, which is great. I had no idea about the sale being on this site as well, my fault I guess. I was just going buy their website, and in the future I will look here for the most up to date information regarding shipping during their flash sales. Thank you Caliguy for your help sir.
