Two questions;
If local pickup, why would I purchase shipping module???

If shipping module purchased, but NO purchases made, is shipping module cost refunded???

From my experience and past purchases from RR live sale, if you're local you can pick up by appointment and don't need to buy a shipping module.
And
He's always said that the shipping module will be refunded if you bought it, but did not purchase a coral.

Paying a bit for local pickup shouldn't be a huuuge deal. I'd still buy stuff at good prices. Lots of sellers don't have a full-time business now, so it costs them to be somewhere for multiple days.
