When feeding Reef-Roids they say turn off circulation, but for how long?

I broadcast feed Roids at the same time I am feeding the fish. Feed mode lasts 30 minutes, long enough to allow the Anthias to finish their Cyclops...:D

I mix reef roids into a paste and use a syringe to squirt it in or onto my lps corals. I turn all the flow off for the 2 minutes it takes to do this. It really helps the paste go where I want it and the corals catch it better. I also squirt some on a rock pile to keep my shrimp busy and not attacking the lps.

10-30 minutes should be good. I just hit the feed mode on my pumps, its 10 min, and on my controller to turn of the skimmer, 20 minutes. Be careful feeding Reef Roids too much, can cause an algae bloom due to the high nutrients.
