Awesome, thanks. Digging around it seems folks have used them without issues. Maybe I’ll cover them in plastidip or just encase the whole thing with super glue when I attach them just to be safe.

ceramic magnets are safe in saltwater.
I have several I've been using for 20+ years in saltwater.
They are?!? I had no idea. Thought for sure they weren't safe. Never heard/seen anyone use ceramic magnets (is that just because they're not strong enough for anything?). I only ever see Neodymium encased in epoxy/plastic/etc.

Yeah, they aren't nearly as strong as Neos, and they are larger.
