I am looking for a reef safe wrasse that will do ok in a 60g cube. Something that isn't prone to jumping would be ideal.

Any suggestions?

I have two leopards in my 60. They didn't jump for about 10 months. Now I hear splash at least twice a day

All wrasses jump; a completely covered tank is a requirement.
Agree completely.

Good choices for a 60g include:
Pseudocheilinops ataenia
Wetmorella wrasses
Most of the flashers
Fairy wrasses in the lunatus complex
Small Halichoeres wrasses.
