My reef tank heater cost more than any piece of equipment in the tank. I don’t have any fluctuation, maybe half a degree if that. In my opinion, that seems like a decent amount. corals rely on stability.

Less swing may give you more peace of mind but personally I would not worry about a 2 degree window. While ocean temperatures are very stable, reef temperatures do vary over the course of the day. Is there any specific reason you think you need more stable temperature?

For the moment everything seems happy. Just double checking

I would not worry too much about it!

I use a D&D temp. controller and a D&D titanium heater. I get a swing of about 0.5-1.0 of a degree judging by the Neptune Apex temp. probe..

If your tank is happy enough though, I wouldn't chase anything!
