1st order with them. 5 fish - 1 clown trigger, 1 copperband butterfly, 3 zebra dart fish. 24 hours in my tank now.

Most are doing well except the cbb.

I specifically emailed reefbeauties asking for a cbb that is eating and healthy. They respond with this: “
Thanks for placing your first order with us. I hope you had a great weekend. They have been observed eating this past weekend. Feeding frozen mysis, live baby brine shrimp, and blackworms, supplemented with some cheap SPS and Aiptasia-infested rock in the tank for grazing in between feedings. The variety has shown to help in our experience, and while this precaution definitely helps increase chances, this is still a notoriously difficult and picky fish. We'll send one who has great chances!

Warmly,
Nate @Reef Beauties

and this is what they send.

An emaciated cbb with a pinched stomach and lateral line showing, which clearly shows it hasn’t been eating.

Let’s see what they do about it as I do t give this fish more than 2 days before it’s most likely dead. I’ve isolated to it’s own established tank with the hopes of it turning around.

Cbb died within 72hrs. Reefbeauties doesn’t really even respond to email. Submitted a claim on the site.

would NOT recommend and next step is a chargeback if reefbeauties refuses to respond.

Reefbeauties did reply after about a week and did give credit on the cbb.

Order placed for different livestock today.
