Reefbreeders Help

Hello Everyone, I dropped my reef breeders value fixture into my sump a while back and now the blue channel does not work. The white channel works fine. The fixture is set up with two manual dimming knobs and while the white know has a "click" noise when turned on the blue knob does not. I have yet to open it up and actually survey it for damage but does anyone have an idea on what may be wrong with it and if it is salvagable.
