Reefbreeders photon app crashing

It crashes when I click on my schedule. Anyone else having this problem?

Have you tried reinstalling the app?

Do you have the new app or the older one? Mine is the older app called Reef Nexus and I have never had a crash using it on Android. I haven't bothered moving to the new app because this one works.
I've read that people have gotten good results contacting reef breeders via their website with issues if you don't get help here.

I haven't had an app issue but I did contact ReefBreeder for another issue and they responded right away and got me squared away. I think you will find them great to work with.

I did try uninstalling.
I have the newer app.

It was weird, I had to open all the settings then just close them, and it starting working. I guess it got stuck in some kind of loop. Still don't understand how uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix it though, but it's working now.

I had the same thing happen just two days ago. I was instructed to empty my Cache. That didn't work right away but the next morning the App was fine again.

Yeah it was really weird, the things I thought would fix had no effect and I really don't know why it starting working because I opened the settings.
