Reefbreeders Refugium Light Thoughts?

I've been thinking hard about getting a Kessil H80 until I came across the Reefbreeders Refugium LED:

I have a pretty small refugium with my Red Sea Reefer 250 sump and don't really care to break the bank. Thoughts on this light vs a Kessil H80?
