i have 2* gen 6 pro xr30s on a 4ft and i get crap par 310 max i run at 80%I have a G6 and I love it! Shoots out amazing light and par.
I have been going through a blackout rebuild that has been very slow since the start of June.
My G6 intensity about a month ago was at 25% when I first introduced the WD and I each week have been increasing my intensity by 5%. Currently at 40% but goal is approx 70% intensity.
I have an Appogee 510. When the G6 was at 80%.
The top of the rock work was 350, middle was 300.
So my guess this WD is siting at approx 200 par at the moment.
Nice collection you have going! Looking great.5 new corals added!

Thank you sir!Nice collection you have going! Looking great.
It a cool look for sure but I can't help but think that's a lot of coral in a very small area.Reef tank is doing very well.
Quite a few corals are starting to take off! Still about 3 months out from a 1 year old!![]()

I frag almost every time I stuck my hands in the tank lol. I have other tanks and am always tossing random pieces in that I break off. I'm to the point i toss pieces in the trash because I'm running out of room and have no where to sell themit’s a great excuse to frag

I chose mostly high end acros. Sole reason for when I am forced to frag they are easy to off load :)I frag almost every time I stuck my hands in the tank lol. Do you have any plans to add any lower light coral on the sand bed?
I love the floating scape. There won't be any detritus collecting which is a problem I end up with even in a high flow tank.

Ya I recently moved out of the tank above into a 4ft peninsula and again I failed at a scape design to keep detritus suspended. Only good thing is I'm bare bottom with two MP40s and two Orca 6105 both cranked up so at least the detritus collects in a pile where it's easy to vacuum up.I chose mostly high end acros. I don’t plan on being a big coral seller. I will just sell frag packs to off load what I cut. I already have a space in the sump ready to put the frag rack. My goal is no frags in the tank!
I really like the clean look of the sand bed. So it will likely be just frags on the rock and clean sand :) I am trying to create a work of art.
The floating aquascape was also designed to avoid the detritus build up! There are two large holes in the arlyic holding it up. So rock gets ample flow through it!
But with me contemplating a bigger tank. It ruins my design build![]()
