It’s been a couple months since the purchase of my Reefer 350 and I’m kind of stuck on the powerhead options. I want to keep the sides and front of the tank free of any accessories so I’d like limit the placement of the powerheads to the rear or center overflow areas. I know this isn’t necessarily optimal, but that’s the way it’s gotta be.

I was looking at a few options, but definitely open to some new suggestions.

Option 1:
Two Maxspect Gyre XF330s placed vertically or Nero 5s on each side of the overflow box pointed outwards towards the sides of the tank.

Option 2:
Two Maxspect Gyre XF330s placed vertically or Nero 5s on back wall at the furthest corners next to the sides pointed to the front glass.

Option 3:
Open to any suggestions using Nero 5s, Nero 3s and/or Gyres.

my LFS has a big Reefer series tank with 4 mp60s on the back pointing all forward. tank is great so i copied it with my 14G with 2 mp10s, works great.
