Converting my reef tank( Red Sea reefer 450) to a fowlr. The display tank is 92 gallons. I'm considering the below fish. Any thoughts , concerns, issues or a recommended order they should be introduced to the tank?

This is my wish list:
Regal Angelfish
Butterfly fish
Foxface
Dwarf Lionfish
Puffer (Saddle Valentini)
Harlequin Tusk

That order is good. The only major issue is the tusk will eventually outgrow the tank and can become aggressive.
