I ordered 5 frags from reefersdirect in the beginning of April, the prices were fair and the pictures looked good. They let you pick a date when you want your order shipped which was nice but unfortunately on the day my order was supposed to ship out, they called and said two of the frags didn't look healthy. Luckily they were able to cut some new frags and setup a new shipping date.

On the day they were supposed to ship out I didn't receive any tracking or notification that they had shipped it. After I emailed them, they sent the tracking information the next day. The packaging was alright, but could use some work. It was your standard foam cooler, with a few packing peanuts in it which were wet and didn't smell good. The frags had small cups around the base but all but 2 had come loose.

The frags look great and they even included some nice freebies. Colors look just like the pictures, even the replacement frags. One of the frags was DOA which was a first for me, I've had 3 or 4 shipments take an extra day and they all made it. But it's understandable and stuff happens in shipment, so I emailed them about it and they offered to replace it when it grows out or get something else. They seemed like they were going to take care of it(they still might...) but I haven't heard anything since.

The corals they sell are very nice and the pictures are accurate but the customer service needs work. It wasn't a terrible purchasing experience but it was disappointing especially when other vendors don't have these issues.
