That is rather confusing, there's no coherent end to the sentence. Is it an emergency or something? Or did you order some stuff and he is not responding? Sometimes life happens that you cannot control. Maybe some serious family issues arose that was unexpected, it just happened to me and it's a bitter pill to swallow. Hopefully all is well but if you feel comfortable maybe explain the situation a little bit better.
