Controllers for your tank!
PC4 are just the power bars with 4 outlets, you need the head unit to program them, to tell when to turn on and off. The SL1 is a module, programmable too, to connect probes like salinity, ph, temperature. This way you can have a perfect idea what your parameters are, and keep them in check
