Reeflink question

I am at a total loss of options here so I need some advice please. I have 2 radions and 2 mp40s and a reef link . I originally had all of these linked and working to a pc laptop and my iPhone . The reef link seemed to lose connection a lot and during all that I purchased a apple desk top computer and decided to just wait and run it all fresh on the new desktop . I have now spent days trying to get my reeflink to pick them back up with no success wifi and hard wired . So today I bought 30 ft of usb to just adjust the lights manually for the time being and still no success. Being that I am pretty much technology illiterate I am wondering if I now have to just start from scratch and erase everything off my eco smart page and start new for the new desktop computer ?? I'm not sure if I'm just this technology dumb or if I just have very bad tech luck!

I don't know anything about the reeflink but maybe giving ecotech support a call?

Ok thanks I'll give that a try just wondered maybe someone here had experienced the same problem at some point
