Oh no!!! I am assuming that this is because of the blackout, will the other heads be fine? Should I suck up the loose polyp so it doesn’t make ammonia?

I've never lost anything during my various black outs... but ive never had a torch either.
 
ambient light or slow ramp up of lights for the first few days after blackout

I don’t think I will do it, do you think that I should?
Corals bleach from too much light. Like @fishguy242 said, start low and ramp up a little each day. 25% is a good start, up to that 50% over the next day or two.

How many watts are you running? What is your "normal" percentage?
 
Imagine sitting in the complete dark for 3 days and then the sun hitting you directly in your eyes. That's basically every cell in that coral and they can't blink.
