How has your usage been?

They ended up replacing the drive motor. They also sent two new rolls.

Usage- Back to how my first roll was. I just had the first of the two rolls They had sent last me 18 days. That's great in my opinion considering my parameters are typically a little dirtier.

Worst thing was, at no time did the rep say anything about roll inconsistency being a possibility. When clearly this is probably not a isolated event. Ontop of that. A rep responding back and forth once every 24-48 hours was really starting to aggravate me. Considering it took almost two full weeks just to get something sent out in the mail from them. And all that time I was burning rolls don't forget.

One star for their customer response. Ridiculous with things that are time sensitive

I've been getting about 5 days per roll since I set mine up. I'm really close to pulling the entire thing out and going back to socks

Gotta be something in your settings or a fault . Could the sensor be dirty or be getting splashed?

Redsea is brutally inconsistent with their rolls. One roll can last 10 days, while another can last 10 weeks. Ridiculous

I’m in the same boat .I took the motor out and turn it by hand twice daily works great lol .

Any resolution to this? I’m in the same boat. My first roll lasted 2 months. Second roll is halfway gone after 2 days…
The used fleece is much less brown and dirty also.

I don’t see how I could have installed incorrectly… no carbon / media in basket either.
