Ok, I am new to all of this, so this could be a seriously newb question. I am looking at getting a ReefMat, I know they recently came out but does this sort of gear ever go on sale? Just dont want to buy it now and everyone says well duh everyone knows about the April fools day sales. Just asking.
Next question, I am running a smaller tank as it is a 40 gallon breeder with a 20 gallon long sump. I was obviously going to go with the 500 but the 1200 is just 40 bucks more. Is this something where I can go bigger and be "future proof" or is this something where too much is too much. I was looking at a bigger skimmer but learned that that something where too big is bad. Just curious about this one.
