Reefwave. 45 Connectivity Issues

Help please! I bought a RedSea system off someone and I cannot get the the Reef wave to connect. It is not accepting the factory password of “password.” Also, the Reefwave network only shows up on my iPad, not my iPhone. Any ideas?

It sounds like it is still linked to the other persons device. Are you able to do a hard reset or factory reset so you can link it to your device?

Yes, I did a hard reset.
