Still a work in progress, but any thoughts on the following fish together in a 60 gallon tank? Live rock only for now, plan to probably add some soft corals down the road. Any suggestions on what fish to add first?

2 ocellaris clownfish
flame angelfish
puffer - Valentini or Bennett’s Sharpnose?
Midas blenny
goby - suggestions as to type?
banggai cardinal
wrasse - pink-streaked or melanurus?

Fish that eat pests and algae

Put then to work

Even my coral beauty earns her keep picking at rocks
You don’t think my choices will target pests and algae enough? Any suggestions as to what to add that will?

If I’m honest, I disagree with this - get fish you like, if they do a job then that’s just a good anddition to the fish, leave the inverts to do the jobs you need.
In a large tank sure use fish but in small tanks, the issues will be controllable manually.

Thank you, I will look into those. I obviously still have a lot to learn, so can I ask what makes those a better fit?
Melanurus gets too big for the tank size and Pink Streaks are too peaceful for the other inhabitants :)
