So I'm putting a 125 together. I'm running a trigger sapphire 34 skimmer and looking into a fuge instead of running gfo which i currently do in my 35. I keep reading either good or ok nothing really bad. Just people saying it's not worth the hype is the worst I've heard. What's your thoughts on it as far as nutrient export. Does it work good or what.

It's pretty straightforward. In removes phosphates and nitrates, often aggressively if properly kept. I think a lot of people don't realize that you often need to dose for macroalgae. They can rapidly consume elements that people don't often test or dose, such as potassium.
