Ok well my clam is sitting on a rock in the upper left corner of my tank. Well the anemone decided this is its spot to. Does not look like the anemone is hurting the clam but it is upsetting the clam. Plus I can almost not see the clam because the anemone is getting so big. How can I release the clam and move it to the other side of the tank?

Take a sharp knife and cut the clams byssal threads as close to the rock as possible. The clam won't feel it, just don't rip it off or you can cause infection and death.
