Remove a negative rating on my account

How can I go about removing a negative mark (rating) on my account? A couple months back I was a buyer in a transaction that went south and added a negative rating to the seller. He in turn placed a negative rating on my account and it is still there. I wasn't the only one that was scammed, as there were others but because the seller was upset with my negative rating he chose to do the same. Again, I was the one that was scammed out of over $150.

I'll remove it in this case.

I remember the former user well, and they were banned from the site later down the road.

For anyone else in the future, we review reported feedback on a case-by-case basis. Only in certain circumstances will we remove feedback.
