4 fish in a 50 gallon if small and an anemone is a small bioload. Your sand and sump will have enough bacteria to support. Even a large fish.

The ammonia spike, you may see, will be low. This will be mostly from the stirred up sand bed. This is due to certain catch all areas you can not get to or see. Just do a quick syphon to only pull out detritus.

When you get the new dry rock just add a bottle of fritz turbo start (but not needed). It'll be fine. Check your sump as well for any vermited snails before adding the new rock other wise like Arnold They'll be back!

Use this time to get your sand bed and other stuff cleaned you haven't been able to before.

You might have some die off but prior to the ban on Fiji, that rock sat in wet newspapers for weeks. In addition a lot of the lr companies send it 2 day in wet newspapers paper with a little die off expected. You should be fine if it’s still wet just monitor your ammonia.

If the live rock that you put in did not dry up and only been out of water for a few hours (still damp) bacteria is fine. However, the other biological life on it may not be and could add more nutrients more to tank. Is this also the same rock with the vermented snails? If so you will be defeating the purpose of removing in the first place.

When referring to love rock different people consider live rock differently.
Bacteria established meaning rock has populated bacteria. Or seeing organics on the rock (mature live rock) depending on who you talk with.

Live rock for me is considered it has live bacteria on the surface area. I would just leave out if it was what you removed and had the snails. If it didn't have snails just leave in.

Don't worry at this point things will be fine. Just try and do a bit of cleaning. Constantly moving rock in and out will just stress you out and may make things more difficult. Your tank will be fine.
