4 fish in a 50 gallon if small and an anemone is a small bioload. Your sand and sump will have enough bacteria to support. Even a large fish.
The ammonia spike, you may see, will be low. This will be mostly from the stirred up sand bed. This is due to certain catch all areas you can not get to or see. Just do a quick syphon to only pull out detritus.
When you get the new dry rock just add a bottle of fritz turbo start (but not needed). It'll be fine. Check your sump as well for any vermited snails before adding the new rock other wise like Arnold They'll be back!
Use this time to get your sand bed and other stuff cleaned you haven't been able to before.
