Removing Devils hand

I have a lovely devils hand in my current tank but i need to rehome it as it will be too big for my smaller tank when I set it up. It’s currently growing on a large rock, can it be separated from the rock or should I sell it with the rock?. I don’t really want to have to cut it or anything as I’m very squeamish.

Brand new Razor Blade as close to rock as possible, it will leave a little behind and probably start growing again from what's left behind. Key is BRAND NEW razor blade.
