Replacement glass panel

Need to replace a panel on a tank that is chipped. Any recommendations on a online vendor or a shop around Suburbs of Chicago.

Thanks, i decided to not go thru with fixing it.

However It would be great if someone had suggestions for future reference or anyone else interested.
