replacement pump for ati bubblemaster 200 skimmer

i need a reliable pump for this skimmer. it has a sicce pump . it is supposed to be a mesh but has a pinwheel. i lost power, did not relize the skimmer had stopped . it has always been difficult to start. I want another pump to replace it with. any idea what can be used. I have heard the hydrofoamer is a good replacement any idea if this is a good replacement or should i try another sicce pump.

That is the plan . The question is which pump . PSK-600 or 1000 or an ATB airstar mini , which is supposed to be a syncra pump.

the tunze hydrofoamer is a good pump as well I am using one on a bubble magus as a mod
