Grill, what did you use for the cross beams on your tank frame?I've done several tanks and use aluminum angles. Home Depot - aluminum angles They have 1/8th & 1/16th thickness. I recommend 1/8th for the bottom depending on your stand. If you have an Ace Hardware near you check with them first, I found a couple stores that had the 8ft. angles on close-out for $2.00 each!!! Here is a 7ft. 210 I finished a couple months back. I'm working on another 210 now.
Here are a couple tanks I've done showing the braces. Any questions let me know... Bracing HelpGrill, what did you use for the cross beams on your tank frame?

I have bought replacement frames from Over the Edge for a 90gal tank. They look like they came from the same molds are the originals and good customer service as well. The shipping is a good part of the total cost though.I've heard nothing but good things about this site, might help
