Replacing bulbs in an Oceanrivive T247

Picked up a couple of these units for $25 each and there are some bulbs not firing. They definitely need to be cleaned up as there's some salt creep into the box through the vents. Has anyone tried replacing bad bulbs? The unit produces lots of light, but I just want to see how easy it would be to make them fully functional.

Pretty sure replacing the leds is as easy as a black box fix.
