I would start with phoneix 14ks for the hqis but then you only have 2 choices with the pcs a actinic 420nm or the blue 460nm... With some vho actinics you could turn it purple on a heart beat...;)

I have a 4 x 54 watt t5 with 2 x 250 watt halide fixture I use. I like the Phoenix 14k bulbs. The only downside to pc is you are limited to your selection. I would think that 2 460 actinics would give you a nice blue/purple look. You could also use some 420 actinics which should make your colors pop more, but the over all brightness would be less than with the 460's.

The 420's do not produce much visable light, it more of the uv light spectrum. I personally think that the brightness between the two is very noticable.

Just my thoughts.
