I have a pair of mocha clowns in my dt right now, but I want to replace one with a black storm or orange storm. The one I want to replace is the larger of the two.

If I were to get a storm, what size, in relation to the remaining clown, should I be looking for?

IMO
Since they’re already a pair you might as well replace both of them. If you remove the female the male isn’t going to submit to the new female. You’ll have to get a smaller one than the male and restart the pairing process.
