Reset “button” does not work

I need to upgrade my lights for the new app, but have always had an issue with not being able to get the reset button to work. Yes, I am pushing up, not in, with the little plastic key, but honestly don’t see anything that looks like a button in there. I recall this being an issue for the original setup.

Anyone else have problems with this?

May want to post this in the lighting section with reefbreeder photon as part of the title. There are several members that have upgraded so I'm sure someone can help and may be faster than here if Logan is busy. I know the button you are referring to but darned if I can remember the trick. I did have trouble I remember
