I follow the experts on fish disease treatments here i.e., Jay Hemdal, and am also a vet parasitologist (mammalian) and understand that copper treatment in an isolated from all your invertebrates QT tank is really the only sure effective, and most always safe (some species of fish may not handle it as well, but Coral Beauties do) .
In lots of our opinions, a simple QT tank (for isolated treatment and subsequent observation) is the best investment early reefers can make.
