Hey Psycho... are you still out there?
What is your newest suggestions for my plumbing problem?

Sorry for the quick sketch, I don't feel like playing with any of my design programs, it takes quite a while to draw this using them.

Here are a couple of photos of my plumbing that was completed today.

My initial concern is the weight/pressure that this PVC configuration will be putting on the glass with the water flow and weight of the water and PVC on the bulkheads.

You really need to support that piping with something other than the bulkheads or you will have differential pressure on the gaskets and leaks.
Am I correct is assuming you are relying on a single little airline which is suspended in the water to create an air gap on a backflow? Whats to keep it from plugging with a snail, food, fish or algae? I don't care for the design at all as its no better than driling a hole, in fact the drilled hole is a better option if its above the waterline.

I finished my plumbing today and did a freshwater test on the tank and all of the plumbing connections.
I also did a simulated power failure to make sure my siphon break was working properly.
My return pump is currently a Mag 24 and I will be running an ASM G3 skimmer

ALL IS OK.

The setup is not perfect, but it works for me.
Thanks for all your help.
