Hi everyone!
Im upgrading to a 80 gallon tank and Im currently trying to make up my mind on which return pump to buy.
I currently have this options in mind:
- SELTZ D 1600 Controllable aquarium pump (1600 GPH)
- Vectra S2 (1400 GPH)
- Syncra SDC 6.0 WiFi Controllable Pump (530-1450 GPH)

Im open for other suggestions, but usually this ones seem to fit on budget and my needs...

Thanks a lot!

For budget and ease of use you cant beat this one. I run this on my 75 with a 30 gallon sump. Its never had an issue in 3 years of service so far. Even has wave maker speeds. At this price you can buy 2 and have a backup on had always.

I would stay away from the Seltz. Hydor went out of business but I heard a business was planning to buy off their assets...last I heard. Sicce and Ecotech Marine are both very solid brands and we run their pumps all throughout are showroom and coral farm.

No love for Fluval?
Was looking at a Hydor AC 1600 with contoller, not sure if the quality was good enough to chance, Amazon would warranty DOA I'm sure, $200usd.
Other than than- looking seriously at DCP 8000- do not understand price point of +$5 above a DCP6500.
