Hello, so I’ve been having trouble with my 15 gallon aio tank. The return pump I had originally on it was way to slow and eventually broke so I got a new one but it keeps blowing out bubbles no matter what, I’ve tried a more powerful one and same issue, can anyone recommend a good return pump for a 15 gallon cube aio tank thanks

More specs please!
What type of tank, what type of pump.
And photos of the return chamber would be beneficial.
With air bubbles I would assume you have some type of turbulence in the back chambers.

This has worked well for me in an IM 15 gallon AIO tank; overkill even, but it can be controlled:
Jebao DC return pump

If you're experiencing bubbles, especially with more powerful pumps, I'm guessing the water level in your return section is dropping too low, causing air to be sucked into the pump. Maybe dial back the flow and see if that helps?

Where are the air bubbles coming from? In general that means the pump is drawing in air. Is the water level too low in the sump? I assume you don't have a skimmer or an airstone in there, but if you do, or if there's something else in the sump creating bubbles in a way that they don't break before they reach the return pump, that'll do it too.

On the other hand, sometimes they're not pumping out bubbles, it's just the way the water is splashing as it comes out of the return jet.
