Im looking to get a bigger return pump. Im gonna be pumping the water 12' high. Moving sump to basement. Was wondering what the best pump would be to get. I would prefer a submearsable one so my heaters wont have to run as much. But either kind will work. Thanks to all that reply

12' of head really limits your choices.

Go to Premium Aquatics or Marine Depot and look at their pump comparison charts, they show everything they sell with the pump curves or data so it makes things easier.

Both Iwaki and Pan World (similar pumps) make proven quality high-pressure pumps. I currently am running a Pan World but have ran Iwaki pumps for years with no issues.

Cheers, Todd
