Return setup

I wanna get some opinions on how to set up my return. I'm thinking herbie on the two 2in bulkhead and a water change line on the 1.5in bulkhead (will be connected to the one at the top). Here's a pic so you can see the lay out

My system has the same drilled hole layout and I did the herbie. All you hear is a light trickle if you've got the drain set / adjusted properly. I used a gate valve on the drain becuase you have more control when adjusting the water level in the overflow.

yep, on my the left is the main drain, middle is return and right is the emergency drain.
